  2. SHOULD THE GOVERMENT SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES WHICH WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE WITH LARGER COMPANIES?

Needless to say numer of small business which don´t have the support of the goverment for many reasons.

First of all, let us try to understand why this happening. On account of this fact, we aware to the priority of our government. Only who have necessary money to pay, will can having small companies. What happen is we try to solve this problem? will be a revolution! To prevent that who have their own´s company leave their employment, goverment lend they a little money; clearly this only happening in certain contries, whose economy is better.

In addiction, we must mentioned that in countries where there aren´t a good economy this don´t happen. In this countries, goverment only lend attention to the largest companies, in a way, to have more money, causing that smaller bussiness close because they don´t have money to support their job. Now i want speak from my own experience in this area; Since I was a child, My uncles, have had a smaller shop, where sell clothes and others compliments of fashion, Nevertheless, unfortunately, a few yeras ago, they closed the shop. This is because they didn´t have enough money to support it, and goverment didn´t lent any money and any attention, so they nowadays are job in the field, to can feed.

For me, the gist of the matter is that goverment must lend more attention to the smaller bussiness because, perhaps, they produce quality products, besides all of us have the same right to have a business to feed your family.

  3. How have men´s and women´s roles changed in your country over the last 50 years?

Roles about women and men have been a debate for a long time and are present today. However, is it really a good idea to say this question? Roles shouldn´t exist.

There is no doubt that the roles have changed a lot, before women only work in the house, today women now bring the money home too and men take care of children, cook and do things the house. I believe that this happens in some families, but not in other. In other families they think as before. Today there is something called feminism; feminism makes women have the same rights as men, like in the job, sport… For example, in the football, women in soccer don’t appear on TV or pay the same as men, Why this? Women still have to fight a lot so that everything is the same. The questions from the beginning shouldn´t exist because the role in the women and men should the same but there is a big difference. Furthermore the number of dead women has increased more and more, many days on TV we see women killed by men.

In short, roles have changed, but they have to change even more, although this roles didn´t have to exist because everything a man does can be women.

  5. Should the government support small businesses which would not be able to compete with larger companies?

We are currently quarantined by COVID19. This makes people go shopping less times but in greater they sweep down big business as they have everything they need.

In my opinion the government should support small businesses because they can't compete against larger companies. These shops are very vulnerable and if when the confinement is over they do not have aid or the expense customers do not benefit them this could lead to the closure of many existing small businesses.

So of course the government should help these trades grow and develop as they have a higher level of risk.

  6. How have men's and women's roles changed in your country over the last 50 years?

It is a well-known fact that in the present women's roles have changed with time and has been positive.

As we all know , womans had been "until recently" undervalued. Mens have always been above women. For example, because they were men could work, but in comparison with womans, who was fragil symbol, her job was the housework like make the food, scrub , sweep ..etc
Before people didn't want to hire women, and now there is a law that requires a certain number of women and men. Also there are laws to protect women because in the past there was a lot of abuse by their husbands.
As opposed to past, at the present time , each person does freely what he or she considers to be according to his or her needs and tastes without regard to gender. Women's roles and men's roles today are increasingly the same.

For me, as time goes by, women and men are going to come to the same level of equality.

Should the government support small businesses which would not be able to compete with larger companies?

This last questionated issue is likely to be by far the most delicate, as well as the most important, element. It’s a difficult topic to approach, as it implies many uncertainties. At first glance the answer seems obvious, but it involves social, economical and political issues. Furthermore, the current situation is, of course, a complex one, we all know that. And what should we do? Are governments really supporting small affected businesses?

First of all, everyone knows that the reach of COVID-19 is enormous and its economic impact is major. It’s up to us and to the government to do whatever we can to help small businesses impacted by the pandemic.
Small businesses have always been the first to be affected by a variety of causes.
The working methods and activities are governed by a basic goal: getting maximum profit in the shortest time possible, and only larger companies achieve this. I once read “If you love capitalism, worry about small business”. Spanish as well as English, German… industries are getting much more concentrated, with a few big players dominating markets. As big companies become more powerful, fewer new and small companies are being started. As Marx said 150 years ago, this is the essence of the capitalism system, guaranteeing the privatisation of profits and socialisation of the losses.
Governments have never been interested in the small producers. Clearly, governments should be spending money on the small businesses, but they are not interested on it, the capitalist system impedes it.
But there are several ways to help them and citizens can and must find provisional solutions.
I am going to make a very simple proposal: instead of spending your days surfing the Internet, make an active effort to follow and share the posts of small companies you want to support. You can also choose credits over refunds.

Nevertheless, it’s true that some governments are making a huge effort to help them. For example, some local governments are taking direct measures to help small businesses in their area. It’s really sad that our nation’s businesses are facing an unprecedented economic disruption due to COVID-19 outbreak. And I think that we all know that we must pull together in the face of tragedy.

Would you want to be interviewed for a job by a computer? Give reasons for your answer.

Technologies advances are a driving force for development. Technological development brings about changes in media and in the way people communicate. It is not such a long time ago that people used to write letters to relatives living hundreds of miles away. But that is old-fashioned! Instead, we can talk to them through a video call or instant messaging. This communication changes have completely changed relationships all over the world. Can you imagine how strange would you feel if you are being interviewed for a job by a computer?

Imaging a job interview with no interviewer. It sounds a little too futuristic to be be true, or not? Well, for many companies, the future is here. During the job interview, the employer has the opportunity to appraise applicant’s qualifications, appearance and general fitness for the job opening. It’s true that with a computer you can do the same. But obviously, there is something missing there, the human connection.
There are many different types of interviews and each method, style and technique has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Computer interviews are hugely valuable because they speed up the interview process and minimise time-wasting. A face to face interview will take up the the time of both the interviewer and your own one. It’s also cheaper and less effort is required. You can also reach long-distance companies. Nevertheless there are many important reasons why I would never want to be interviewed by a computer. Firstly, the interview could be interrupted (bad signal, background noise, and so on). The boss can’t read my body language and I think that it is an important key because it says a lot about the personality of the individual. There is a need to think, type, look at the screen, read the text and maintain a logical thread of answering. Non-verbal communication, so important in face to face interviews, is largely absent from online interaction. Furthermore it is not possible to encourage the candidate to continue speaking by means of a nod or smile at the appropriate point and for me that is a fundamental condition.

To sum up, it’s true that it has its advantages and disadvantages. In my view, the advantages are less clear than the disadvantages. On the one hand, I can feel more confident in my own environment, I can save time, energy and money by not having to travel to the interview place. But, on the other hand, making good impression is more difficult, as well as wrong choice of words or expressions can ruin my chances of getting the job.

  9. WOULD YOU WANT TO BE INTERVIEW FOR A JOB BY A COMPUTER?

it is well-known fact that computers and technology are too much important to our lives especially to work.

For years, there has been a progress in a way of technology, let me exemplify this concept mentioning improvement of online communication for example; Nowadays It is too important to have a computer or anyone electronic device and os course today with coronavirus, we must communicate to online to study or work. If i was interviewee by a computer, i would say the thuth because computers poseess sustems which are able to detect any sign of lie.

On the other hand, it´s interesting see how a engine can asked you, how an human! In addiction, if you compare an technology gadget with a person, we can observing that first of them is much more intelligent than anu of us. We must have care with this because little by little, computers and others engines will dominate the world. a small note about my personal life is that my brother is studying an engineering of computer, and when he tell me about system and how they set up it; It's amazing! I never thought that computers and others electronic devices could have taht ability. In addiction there is even a computer non-stop calculating the digits of the number pi.

To sum up, for me, the gist of the matter is that it would be nice to be interviewed by a computer, by contrast, computers cannot dominate us, we must be smarter than them and develop formulas for them to develop but we control them.

  10. How have men’s and women’s roles changed in your country over the last 50 years?

It is universally acknowledged that woman's role for a few years ago was much less recognise than nowadays.

If you ask to your grandmother about her childhood, she will answer that it was very hard, firstly because Spain was going through a dictatorship and women´s roles were insignificant, men were who job, meanwhile women bringing up their children besides to careful house, do you think that was a long time ago? desafortunately not, just 20-30 years ago. However, this is start to change. When women revealed themselves from slavery to do things that they didn´t want to do, society started to lend help, they didn´t stay alone, most people helped him. We must recognise largest discovies from women, let me exemplify this concept by one of the first discovery of reactivity made by Marie Curie.

By contrast, it´s certain that women today have some difficults, for example, one of my friends of chilhood, was going to work in a bar, and the boss told her that they didn´t want contract a woman because they were problematic; Besides of this, there is some differences in certain salaries. On the other hand there are more and more deaths from murder to women, and assaults on the street when they go alone.

To sum up, in my humble opinion I think that we have a long way to go, we must fight for the lives of women, although clearly a lot has changed since a few years ago.

  11. would you want to be interviewed for a job by a computer?

Today companies are starting to use computers to choose the most suitable candidate to hire.To do this, they interview people in front of a camera and it analyzes voice tones and facial expressions.

Personally I would like you to interview me a computer as I think I can defend myself better by doing it in person.I'm an outgoing, confident girl so I'd do very well in person.
Instead shy people may be seen on a screen and not see the interviewer's face could benefit them positively and do their interview better to get hired.

In short, I think that depending on the person and however personally I would prefer one thing or another, I would opt for the option that would benefit you the most.

  12. SHOULD THE GOVERMENT SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES WHICH WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE WITH LARGER COMPANIES?
One problem that is often debated today is whether small businesses have enough government support. One of the most important aspects of this problem is that large companies receive more support than small ones. It is universally acknowledged that it is a real problem.

This brings up to the question of whether people know the reasons for it. It seems to me that this shows us the government's priorities. First of hall we must take into account the great impact of COVID-19 on the Spanish economy. This is a very serious problem that, if no action is taken, it will end thousands of businesses. Small businesses are always the first to be affected by circumstances.

In our country, only large companies receive money, those that have money and therefore they don´t need it. However, in other countries the government provides benefits to small businesses so that they don´t leave.

For me, the essence of the matter is that the government should pay more attention to small businesses. I mantain that there is reason to believe that if small businesses don't get help, they will fall and disappear forever. Thus the small businesses will never appear again.

Nowadays computer do a lot of things like search information, cook food, play game…, but doing interviews is too much. Every day in the newspaper there is a news by things that can do computers.

It is clear that computer can do interviews is better for companies because it is a time they take advantage of to do other things. I believe that interviews should do by people because they see you and they can make exceptions, besides computers leave people out of work, today in Spain many people need a job because Spain is in crisis and I think we should all give opportunities and remove computer, before there weren´t computers and everything was better, many people died of hungry due to technology.
Last week I saw on the internet a new that say, computers and machines will finish our work, while I understand this information, I don´t believe how could happen this, but I think we create the machines, we shouldn´t do that.

In conclusion I don´t want to be interviewed by a computer, people do it much better and have a job with it.

It is universally acknowledged that computers and technology are very important and necessary in our lives. As a result of this we have teleworking in situations as hard as the one we are experiencing, a global pandemic.

Now that technological development is greater we can see how it changes the ways of communicating with each other. It is common to talk to someone on Skype, phone calls ... especially in these moments that humanity is suffering.

However, being interviewed for a computer job can have advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, teleworking can be a good opportunity to make the most of your time and organize yourself better. But on the other hand, the disadvantages of this are that you have to spend many hours glued to a screen and that can be detrimental to your health.

To sum up It seems to me that be an interview for a computer job can be a great opportunity. For my part I think that it is better to have a face-to-face job.

  15. SHOULD THE GOVERNMENT SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES WHICH WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE WITH LARGER COMPANIES?

Currently this topic is widely spoken because as we know the appearance of COVID-19 has had a huge impact on our lives. The economy has been severely affected and many people have lost their jobs, as well as companies that have lost profits. These companies are usually small companies.

But why does this happen? We live in a society in which you want to get the maximum benefit, and sometimes, we forget about those most in need. We all know that a large company earns far more revenue than a small company. In order for these companies not to disappear, they must receive more support. Many times when we go to buy we would have to give priority to small companies.

On the other hand, these small companies should receive aid from the government, as much as we try to help them, it´s not enough. Large companies are much more developed and small companies find it difficult to compete with them.

As far as I´m concerned, I think that more attention and support should be given to small companies, since if they do not end up disappearing, only large companies will remain. The government should take action soon.

It is a well-know fact that tecnology in our lives is fundamental. Now people can be interviewed fro a job by a computer

Advantages are that you can be interviewed from a distance and for example, if you are on vacation, you can do interview. Also it is more comfortable because your job could be away, and with computer you do it at home.

Disadvantages are that is more difficult that you to teach your skills and personality by computer. Besides older people have difficulty with computers and a lot of people don't have a computer or cell phone for video conferencing.

My point of view is that companies should give a choice if you want to do the interview by videoconference or in person.

  18. WOULD YOU WANT TO BE INTERVIEWED FOR A JOB BY A COMPUTER?
Nowdays, technology has carved a niche in our daily lives. To such an extent, that in many job interviews interviewers are not a persons there are computers. It is clear that computers can´t replace humans.

It is totally disrespectful that nowadays the job interview is done through computers. Although, the computer is disabled for this job, the experience of the people is more valuable. The computer is a device through which you can trick them and you can say things in the interview that is a lie. However, with a human being, since he is trained, he participated in work and has done a series of studies and has experience, he would realize instantly. Moreover, the ordering company takes away jobs from people. Therefore, this causes unemployment to increase and the economic crisis to be worse since people do not earn money. Those who are interviewed are also not on equal terms because the machine can reason and differently in each interview situation.

To sum up, computers are not beneficial, they are a hindrance in society in this sense , because the people who are interviewed can´t face equal conditions and this also makes unemployment increase and the economic crisis is much worse since humans are replaced by machines

  19. Should the government support small businesses which would not be able to compete with larger companies?

Nowdays, bigs companies control all production in Spain. Local trade is finding itself with less and less economic resources, and this is seriously detrimental to the local economy and to merchants.

The government would have to take measures to rationalize production in the country. It can´t be that a few people take all the money and a few others are left in poverty. The local commerce gives life to the village and therefore the economy of that town will be much bigger. However, today the towns have less and less population since the local economy and the local commerce have decreased drastically. If we manage to rationalize production and avoid counterfeiting of products, towns will gain economy and therefore various infrastructure such as schools, bars and business areas can be built that encourage people to live in towns. It is foolish to centralize all the means of production in large companies, since the money generated would only go to a few and would not be rationalized for the entire Spanish population.

To sum up, it can´t be tolerated that the means of production in this country fall solely on large companies, leaving local commerce and medium-sized companies in ruins. This means that the towns are increasingly empty.

I wouldn't like to be interviewed by a computer because behind a camera you don't actually see the person who is interviewed. Neither you can't see where you go to work every day.

I would like to do the interview in person because the boss can see you as. Also the boss had seen my resume. If the boss call me for interview he will like my resume.

It also change the personal treatment oficial the boss towards the person being interviewed. If you want to make a good impresion on the boss you should inform yourself about the company.

To sum up I think that the interviews should continue to be in person because the boss can see the real interest in working in that company and he offer him a good salary.

  21. HOW HAVE MEN 'S AND WOMEN'S ROLES CHANGED IN YOUR COUNTRY OVER THE LAST 5O YEARS?

In the last 50 years the men's and women's roles have changed a lot of like on work issues, on policy issues, but equality hasn't been achieved yet.

Some 50 years ago women hasn't right they couldn't vote. If you asked your mother she would tell you the few rights that they had, when she was young. The women of that time were beaten by their husbands and the justice didn't punish them. They hadn't right to work. According to society they should be in the house.

Many women's writers should have their mames under pseudonyms so that she could publish their book. Women had a lower salary than the men.

To sum up I think thant these situations that women suffered have greatly improved but still in some profesion like in football women have got a lower salary than men and this must change.
